About

Offset and Digital Flyers Printing Service

Here are the professional guidelines for providing print-ready artwork:

  1. Ensure a 2mm bleed around the finished size for flyers.
  2. Convert all fonts in the brochure to paths or curves.
  3. Use only CMYK or Grayscale colors; avoid RGB, PMS, Pantone, or Spot colors.
  4. Flatten transparency effects.
  5. Set overprints correctly for the desired outcome.
  6. Remove all color profiles.
  7. Ensure all bitmap images are at least 300dpi and in CMYK.
  8. Maintain a minimum of 7pt font size for reversed type (light on dark background).
  9. Provide individual PDF files; do not combine into multi-page documents.
  10. Keep borders and type within a safe zone to account for trimming variations.
  11. Remove non-printing items such as registration marks, keylines, and dielines.
  12. If crop marks are necessary, position them outside the bleed area.

These guidelines ensure that the supplied files are optimized for high-quality printing and allow for efficient processing without the need for further adjustments.

Terms and Conditions:

  5. Acceptable discrepancies may be up to 10% from the specified CMYK color values.
  6. Pantone colors will not be matched or printed; they will be automatically converted to the nearest CMYK values.
