About
Offset and Digital Flyers Printing Service
Here are the professional guidelines for providing print-ready artwork:
- Ensure a 2mm bleed around the finished size for flyers.
- Convert all fonts in the brochure to paths or curves.
- Use only CMYK or Grayscale colors; avoid RGB, PMS, Pantone, or Spot colors.
- Flatten transparency effects.
- Set overprints correctly for the desired outcome.
- Remove all color profiles.
- Ensure all bitmap images are at least 300dpi and in CMYK.
- Maintain a minimum of 7pt font size for reversed type (light on dark background).
- Provide individual PDF files; do not combine into multi-page documents.
- Keep borders and type within a safe zone to account for trimming variations.
- Remove non-printing items such as registration marks, keylines, and dielines.
- If crop marks are necessary, position them outside the bleed area.
These guidelines ensure that the supplied files are optimized for high-quality printing and allow for efficient processing without the need for further adjustments.
Terms and Conditions:

- Acceptable discrepancies may be up to 10% from the specified CMYK color values.
